Vesa Korhonen

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Vesa leads the Kingdom platform's project development pipeline, structured-finance execution and operational delivery, drawing on over a decade as Chief Executive of Nocart Ltd. delivering hybrid solar, storage and waste-to-energy plants across Sub-Saharan Africa, following senior technical formation at Schneider Electric and ABB Marine. He holds a Master's in Industrial Management from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.

Roy Chemusian serves as Chief Operating Officer, accountable for project delivery, operations and supply chain across the platform. He brings two decades of East African energy and infrastructure leadership, with a record of taking utility scale projects from development into construction and into long term operations to international safety and reliability standards.

Malcolm Oldham

Chief Commercial Officer

Malcolm Oldham serves as Chief Commercial Officer, leading commercial strategy, international contract negotiation and capital raising across the platform. He brings over twenty years of experience structuring Power Purchase Agreements, cross border commercial agreements and large scale infrastructure transactions across Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific. He previously served as Commercial Director of Nocart Finland and Managing Director of Nocart UK and Australia, with responsibility for institutional capital acquisition and global team operations.

Susan Omusi, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Susan leads financial management, treasury, capital structuring and investor and lender relations across the platform. A Certified Public Accountant with senior experience across regulated banking and audit environments, she brings rigour around IFRS consolidated reporting, project-level financial-model governance, covenant compliance, and the ongoing lender and equity-partner reporting required of a DFI-financed infrastructure platform.

Susan Ojwang

Chief Administrative Officer

Susan Ojwang serves as Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for corporate operations, human capital, facilities and the administrative architecture that supports the platform's growth. She brings a career of leading executive operations across professional services and institutional environments, with a focus on building disciplined corporate functions, talent systems and the operating cadence required of a long duration platform.

Moses Owuor serves as Chief Technical and Projects Officer, accountable for engineering, technical design, projects management and the technical interface with EPC partners and lenders' engineers. He brings senior technical leadership across the East African power and infrastructure sector, with experience designing and delivering solar, hybrid and grid connected generation assets to international engineering, environmental and bankability standards.

Faith Cheruiyot

Chief Legal Officer

Faith Cheruiyot serves as Chief Legal Officer, responsible for legal affairs, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and the legal architecture of project, financing and off take agreements. She is an advocate with senior counsel experience across Kenyan and regional commercial, energy and infrastructure mandates, advising on Power Purchase Agreements, concessions, joint ventures and cross border financing under both common law and OHADA frameworks.
