Director, Project Development
Lead utility-scale solar and wind project origination across East Africa, from land, permitting and grid connection through PPA negotiation and financial close.

Careers at a Nairobi-headquartered African IPP platform, primary formation in project development, structured finance, utility-scale EPC and long-term asset management, anchored in Africa, not exported from it.
We hire for long tenures and disciplined craft, not project-by-project contracts. Our people build infrastructure designed to operate for 25, 30 years, and we manage careers with the same long horizon.
Our headquarters, our talent, and our long-term value remain on the continent.
We operate to the discipline expected by sovereigns, DFIs, and global capital partners.
We let assets, partnerships and outcomes speak louder than language.
We recruit professionals with demonstrated technical depth, in project finance modelling, development-stage permitting, utility electrical engineering, IFC PS ESIA practice or geothermal resource economics. Every role sits inside live transactions and real development-stage projects.
